Bauletti® with lobster
Description
Canadian lobster accounts for 33% of the filling. Among the crustaceans, the lobster has the strongest of flavours; its shell encloses the highly prized flesh which is firm, very nutritious, and excellent as part of any diet because of its low-calorie count. When cooked, it turns the characteristic vivid orange colour, but preparation requires great care in order to preserve its delicate taste and special texture. The addition of mint, both digestive and aromatic, bestows a refreshing touch to the preparation of this exquisite filling.
