Pastasì^® Soluzioni Express is our line of quick-cook deep-frozen pasta and rice, designed for catering and fast catering. Our pre-cooked rice has been chosen from the finest Italian production, and the same is true of our pre-cooked pasta.

In Pastasì^® Soluzioni Express, fresh egg pasta, filled pasta, the best dry pasta made from durum wheat semolina and rice meet exclusive technology to guarantee superior-quality first courses.

Exclusive technology

To make Pastasì^® Soluzioni Express a superior-quality product, we have developed exclusive technology, designed specially for each product type and each phase. To pre-cook the fresh pasta, with or without filling, we have developed a sophisticated combined pre-cooking method using steam and hot water spray, and instead, for the durum wheat semolina dry pasta and the rice, we use an immersion drum cooker.

The deep-freezing phase is also innovative, using jets of cold air that move the product as it freezes, guaranteeing optimal IQF.
