We are the first Italian manufacturer of deep-frozen fresh pasta, deep-frozen ready meals and deep-frozen sauce pellets for catering, restaurants, and bars. Our company was born out of a small artisan fresh pasta workshop founded in 1980 by Romana Tamburini in Lavezzola in Emilia-Romagna but still, even today continues to promote our family's traditions far and wide, not just in Italy but throughout the world with 10 brands targeting diverse markets with superb levels of service.

A workshop that welcomes tradition and innovation.

If our family has created the history of deep-frozen fresh pasta, it is because it immediately identified deep-freezing as the most effective method of preservation for the needs of the HO RE CA channel, and because we put people, quality and innovation at the centre of production. The secret is to shape the new by leveraging the expertise of human dexterity, the key ingredient of fresh pasta in Emilia-Romagna and Italy in collaboration with chefs, biologists and production technicians.

A benchmark for international foodservice and retail.

We are present in 60 countries, with two commercial branches in France and USA and area managers operating in Germany and Great Britain, with a daily production of 165 tonnes of fresh pasta, 80,000 single-serve ready meals and 8 tonnes of sauces in pellets, and employing over 340 employees. In our 35,000 sqm plant there are 34 production lines, and in the automated warehouse at -20° C there are more than 600 product recipes prepared with excellent raw materials, purchased and processed in our kitchens, many of which have received a DOP label.

In addition to quality and productivity, we also invest in our neighbourhood, producing clean energy and reducing CO2 emissions following the Kyoto protocol. Because our success also derives from the wellbeing and cultural and gastronomic richness of our region. Our strength also lies in the preservation and promotion of our traditions around the world. This is why we dedicate ourselves to constantly training all the stakeholders and to promoting charitable initiatives whether local, national or international.
