Customized pre-cooking for pasta that is always al dente

To pre-cook our deep-frozen fresh pasta, we have developed a sophisticated combined method using steam and hot water spray, which avoids immersing the product in water.

For our durum wheat semolina dry pasta, we use a drum immersion cooker, with a control system that constantly measures the level of starch in the cooking water, in order to keep it clean.


Before deep-freezing, the product is cooled in a cold water cooker, lowering its temperature, to avoid any thermal shock that could damage it. The deep-freezing phase is also innovative, using jets of cold air that move the product as it freezes, guaranteeing optimal IQF.


We produce, also in organic versions, small pasta with and without egg, long pasta with and without egg, and filled pasta. Finally, we also produce dough for lasagne and cannelloni in different formats.

Reheating methods

Our pre-cooked pasta, with or without filling, is ready in just a few minutes and can be reheated in various ways: in boiling water, in a frying pan, in a steam oven or in the microwave.


Food-grade bags of 200 g and 250 g, Boxes of 1 kg, 3 kg and 6 kg. Our pasta sheets are packaged in food-grade bags of 500 g and 1 kg. Both our food-grade bags and our packaging boxes are customizable according to the needs of the customer.
