Cacio e pepe mousse



Ingredients for 4 people


Melt the Sugosi® Cacio e pepe sauce in a frying pan or bain-marie. Once melted, strain it through a colander adding the fresh cream. Fill ¾ of a siphon, insert 2 isi gas charges and leave in the fridge for 20 min. Then use the cheese mousse as desired, to season any dish.
