Sugosi® cream cheese
Cream

Procedure

Heat the Sugosi® cream cheese in a microwave oven or simply in a pan, strain it to remove any lumps from the cream, add fresh cream, fill ¾ of a siphon and load it with 2 isi gas cartridges and let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes. Use the cheese mousse well chilled.
