Surgital at Identità Golose, in the spirit of Revolution, the main theme for the 18th edition

Surgital announces its return to Identità Golose Milano, a culinary event for chefs, instructors and professionals in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, which takes place in the Lombardy capital from the 28th-30th January.

The company will be in attendance at the 18th edition of the event with a new stand, again presenting the Divine Creazioni® brand, the official fresh pasta of the Milan hub. This sophisticated deep-frozen pasta range made with eggs from barn-raised hens, and filled with top-quality ingredients, has now been centre stage at one of the most prestigious food temples since 2021.

In a dedicated area, Edoardo Traverso – resident chef at Identità Golose Milano – will cook Scrigni® Identità
di Romagna with artichokes, Parmigiano Reggiano cream and mint oil for guests, with a filling that includes  Squacquerone di Romagna DOP cheese, wild chard and piadina crumbs, in a recipe with a typically autumnal flavour that can be found on the hub’menu for the current season.

But Divine Creazioni® will not be the only brand to delight guests’ palates: to really follow this year’s theme, “Ladies and Gentlemen, the Revolution is Served”, the event will also be an opportunity to present one of Surgital’s new products, Vegetable, Pea and Lentil Linguine, the first entirely plant-based option from Laboratorio Tortellini® – Alta Tradizione. A truly revolutionary product, for which the company has channelled all its expertise in the world of deep-frozen fresh pasta into
a more innovative, contemporary form, to offer a great alternative to classic pasta and react to one of the food trends of the moment.
