In a non-stick pan add the Carnaroli rice Pastasì® – Soluzioni Express, the Sugosi® Asparagus Sauce still frozen and a ladle of stock. Once everything comes to the boil, cook for 4 minutes, remove from the heat and stir in butter and grated Parmesan cheese to make the rice creamy.
