Yellow Polenta Crostino with Fish Sauce

Procedura

Prepare the instant polenta by boiling water, lightly salting it, and adding a drizzle of oil. Add the polenta, cook for 4 minutes, and spread it on a lightly greased baking sheet to cut into cubes. Heat the Fish sauce Sugosi® and once melted, cover the polenta with the hot sauce.
