Finger Food with Bread Sails, Cacio e Pepe Sauce, and Crispy Leek

Procedura

Slice the bread thinly and toast it in the oven until golden brown with a drizzle of oil and salt. Cut the leek into julienne strips, flour them, and fry until crispy. Melt the Cacio e pepe sauce Sugosi® and use it to create drops on the plate. Garnish with the bread sails and crispy fried leek, then serve.
