Scrigni, Panciotti and Bauletti: our exclusive formats. Inspired by traditional shapes, yet evolved to be even more surprising and delicious. The wavy edge of Bauletti and Scrigni pays tribute to the artisanal “spronella” pasta cut and recalls the most classic shapes of filled fresh pasta.

The double-sheet closure of Panciotti reproduces the cut of a pastry ring cutter, in a format that looks to a more experimental approach. A collection completed by other exclusive shapes, designed to offer chefs maximum creative freedom.
