Bottoni with red shrimps: Divine Creazioni® wins Better Future Award for Innovation

A new accolade for Surgital: the Bottoni with red shrimps stand out in the fine dining foodservice segment by blending elegance, flavour, and practicality.

The taste of the sea, a refined shape, and high kitchen performance: these are the foundations of the success of K143 – Bottoni with red shrimps by Divine Creazioni®, the new premium product from Surgital, already awarded a prestigious prize. The product ranked among the top three in the “AWAY FROM HOME – PRODUCT INNOVATION” category at the Better Future Award, promoted by GdoWeek and Mark Up to celebrate Italian excellence in food & beverage.

This recognition confirms Surgital’s ability to combine tradition and innovation in an authentic and effective way, in line with the identity of the Divine Creazioni® brand, designed for haute cuisine professionals.

Launched at SIRHA Lyon, the Bottoni with red shrimps are the result of two years of research and development and a synergy with Team Italy at the Bocuse d’Or, a benchmark in technical and creative excellence. The outcome is a sophisticated product that meets the expectations of top chefs.

The filling is the star of the show: it accounts for 62% of the product, featuring Mediterranean red shrimps, lifted by lime juice and salt, enveloped in a smooth rice cream, and completed with a carefully crafted bisque for an intense, well-balanced flavour.

The compact, round format ensures perfect filling distribution and an impeccable presentation, ideal for both classic and contemporary plating. The recipe is also milk-free, making it suitable for lactose-intolerant guests.

Thanks to IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) technology, the texture and creaminess are fully preserved, reducing waste and allowing precise portion control. With only 5 minutes cooking time, the Bottoni are perfect for fast-paced kitchens.

Versatile and refined, the Bottoni with red shrimps spark culinary creativity, as shown in De Gusto’s recipe inspirations like Bottoni in deconstructed caprese with muddica atturrata or with coconut milk, lime pearls and raspberry.
