Stuffed Calamari with Amatrician Sauce

Sugosi® Amatrician sauce

Parsley

Bread

Squid

EVO oil

Procedure

Clean the squid, keeping the heads aside. Melt the Sugosi® Amatrician sauce, add the cleaned heads, bread, parsley, and adjust with salt. Fill the squid with the mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Meanwhile, use the remaining sauce, spreading it in a bowl. Plate by placing the cooked squid on the sauce.
