OFFICIAL PARTNERS OF APCI, THE ITALIAN ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL CHEFS
The APCI is a leading professional association led by director Sonia Re. Surgital promotes the work of the APCI on several fronts, including training courses which promote the role of the chef in today's catering sector. Over the years Surgital has promoted several of its brands via its partnership with the APCI, beginning with Divine Creazioni®. Today, our Divine Creazioni® Mastershows bring together Michelin-starred chefs and AMPI members who compete to create unique new pasta dishes.
OFFICIAL PARTNERS OF THE FIC, ITALIAN CHEFS' FEDERATION
Surgital is one of the longest-standing partners of the Italian Chefs' Federation (FIC), the largest and most prestigious professional association in its sector. We work in close conjunction not only with the Federation's head office but also with its regional and foreign delegations. We actively promote the work of the FIC and offer dedicated courses as part of its ongoing training activities with chef Debora Fantini from the Federation's NIC (Nazionale Italiana Cuochi) wing. Our Laboratorio Tortellini® brand received FIC certification several years ago and is regularly promoted by the FIC in the course of its activities.
