In addition to the great classics of tradition, Pastificio Bacchini® offers new recipes and surprising combinations, such as the tasty filling of Fiocchi® with pear and cheese.

Every ingredient we use is of Italian origin so that we can transport the genuine flavours of Italy overseas. The vegetables, whether butternut pumpkin, borage, or porcini mushrooms, are all carefully selected directly from the fields and cut by hand to make full-bodied and tasty fillings. In addition, we personally monitor the seasoning of the finest traditional Italian cheeses such as Ricotta, Gorgonzola and Parmigiano Reggiano.

The Pastificio Bacchini® line includes small pasta, long pasta, filled pasta, gnocchi and baked pasta. The dough is elastic and compact, because it is prepared with durum wheat semolina and has an intense yellow colour, because we use five fresh pasteurized eggs per kilo of flour. Just like homemade dough. The production environment has just the right level of warmth and humidity and our master pasta makers keep a close eye to ensure constant quality.
